Troubleshooting Map View Issues

Map View is not loading or is slow​

  • Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  • If the tree takes time to render, wait for few seconds it may be due to the number of nested objectives or KRs.

I can’t see the Map View option​

  • Ensure that the Objective is not private or restricted.
  • Confirm you have the necessary permissions (read/write access) for the Objective.

KR updates not showing immediately​

  • Map View updates in real-time, but some delays may occur due to browser rendering or background sync.
  • Try collapsing and re-expanding the node to force refresh the visual.
  • Ensure your browser allows pop-ups and that no browser extension is blocking new tabs.
  • Try right-clicking the node and selecting Open in new tab.
  • Try collapsing and re-expanding the node to force refresh the map view.
