Saved Views in OKRs

The Saved Views feature allows you to preserve specific combinations of filters and column configurations so you can quickly switch between commonly used views.

OKR users can now:

  • Save views with filters and column selections.
  • Easily update, rename, preview, or delete views.
  • Quickly toggle between saved views without reapplying filters manually.

Procedure to Create a Saved View​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu and navigate to > OKRs.
  2. Apply any filters,for example Not Started, Publicly Readable and configure your columns as required.
  3. Click on Save as New View button.
  4. In the Save Views grid, specify a name for your view and click OK.

The new view you created is displayed in the My Views section of the OKR page.

Procedure to Update an Existing View​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu and navigate to > OKRs.
  2. Select the view you want to modify from the My View drop-down
  3. In the selected view make changes to filters or column configurations
  4. If an existing view is active, the Update View button is displayed.
  5. Click Update View to overwrite the saved configuration.

Manage Views​

The Manage Saved Views feature allows users to organize, update, and reuse custom views that combine specific column configurations and filters. After a view is saved, users can quickly switch between different perspectives tailored to their workflow such as progress tracking, ownership visibility, or strategic focus.

Procedure to Manage Saved View​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu and navigate to > OKRs.
  2. Select the view you want to modify from the My View drop-down
  3. From the list of Saved View, select a view to modify, you can
    • Rename a view by clicking the pencil icon.
    • Delete a view using the trash icon.
    • Preview view settings by clicking the eye icon, which displays:
      • Applied Filters
      • Configured Columns
  4. After the changes are done, click OK.
