Troubleshooting
Why can't I find the defect I want to associate?
Verify you have view access to the defect and that it exists in the system. Use the defect ID for more precise searches. If the defect is in a project you don't have access to, you cannot associate it.
Why don't I see the defect option in the dropdown?
The OKR feature toggle must be enabled in your Agility instance. Contact your administrator to enable OKR functionality and verify you have Agility Pro or Premium license.
Can I associate multiple defects with one key result?
Yes. Key results support multiple defect associations, which is useful when tracking quality objectives that require fixing several related issues. Add each defect separately using the +Add button.
Should I associate all defects with OKRs?
No. Associate defects only when they directly contribute to strategic key results, such as quality metrics, performance targets, or customer satisfaction goals. Not all bug fixes need OKR associations.
