Associating Agility Assets with Objectives and Key Results

In Agility a new option to associate Objectives with Agility Assets is introduced. With this option, we can now associate Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) with Agility Portfolio Items, Story, Defect and Strategic Themes, enabling better alignment between strategic goals and execution.

Associating Objectives and Key Results with Agility's Portfolio Items​

A new option to associate Objectives with Portfolio Items is introduced in Agility. With this option, we can now associate Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) with Agility Portfolio Items, enabling better alignment between strategic goals and execution.

How to Associate Portfolio Items with Objectives​

  1. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Portfolio > Portfolio Tree
  2. Select a Portfolio Item and click the OKRs tab
  3. In the Associated Objectives section, click + Assign
  4. In the search bar, enter the Objective ID or Title
  5. Select the Objective and click Assign

The Objective is associated with the selected Portfolio Item. Agility now allows the users to add Epic or Strategic Theme while creating and updating OKRs.

Similar steps are followed for associating a Story or Defect with OKRs.

How to Associate Portfolio Items with Key Results​

  1. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Portfolio > Portfolio Tree
  2. Select a Portfolio Item and click the OKRs tab
  3. In the Associated Key Results section, click + Assign
  4. In the search bar, enter the Objective ID or Title
  5. Select the Objective and click Assign

The Key Result is associated with the Portfolio Item.

Agility now allows the users to add Epic or Story while creating and updating Key Results.

Associating Objectives and Key Results with Strategic Themes​

A new option to associate Objectives with Strategic Themes is introduced in Agility. Associating objectives with Strategic Themes is essential to ensure that all initiatives within an organization contribute to a common vision.

  1. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Portfolio > Portfolio Tree
  2. Select a Portfolio Item and click the OKRs tab
  3. In the Associated Key Results section, click + Assign
  4. In the search bar, enter the Objective ID or Title
  5. Select the Objective and click Assign

The Objective is associated with the Strategic Theme. To remove objective from the associated Strategic Theme, click Remove button below the Action option. Are you sure you want to remove this associated Objective? message is displayed click Remove.
