Login Issues - Cannot Login to Digital.ai Agility

How to resolve the login issue where a users network account does not match their member account in Digital.ai Agility when using Active Directory authentication.

Error Message Received

"Digital.ai Agility recognized you as the user shown above, but does not have a corresponding member account configured for that user. Please contact your internal Digital.ai Agility administrator for further assistance."

What It Means

Generally, this error message indicates that there is a mismatch between your Digital.ai Agility user record and your network account when you are using Active Directory Authentication. Typically, when your network account does not match your user account in Digital.ai Agility.

To Resolve

Please get in touch with either the person who set your Digital.ai Agility account up initially or perhaps someone from your IT Team that has admin access to Digital.ai Agility. They should be able to go into the application and correct the issue with your member account.
