Use Case – Reviewing and Updating OKRs in Map View

As a Product Manager, I want to visualize my team’s Objectives and Key Results, verify their alignment with the parent company goal, and update the progress on one KR without losing context.

Steps​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu > OKRs.
  2. Select your Team Objective.
  3. Click on the Actions tab associated with the objective.
  4. From the drop-down, choose Map View.
    • Review the hierarchical structure:
    • Confirm your objective is aligned with a parent objective.
    • Expand child objectives and associated Key Results.
  5. Locate the specific Key Result and update its progress or value. a. For example, update the current value of a metric from 40% to 50%.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Return to the Map View tab to see the changes reflected in real-time.
