Configuring Columns in OKRs

Configure Columns allows users to customize the data they see on the Objectives page by selecting which columns (fields) to display, such as Owner, Progress, or custom fields. ID and Title columns are always shown by default.

How to Configure Columns in OKRs​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu and navigate to > OKRs.
  2. In the OKRs page, click the Configure Columns icon next to Filters.
  3. In the Configure Columns dialog box, select the check the boxes for the columns you want to display.
  4. After selecting the columns click Apply.

The table view will refresh to display the columns you have selected. By default the ID and Title columns are always displayed and cannot be deselected.

Additional Points to Remember​

  • Column settings are user-specific and do not affect other users.
  • Changes persist across sessions for a consistent user experience.
  • You can revisit and update your column configuration at any time by repeating these steps.
