Associating Closed Work items of Agility in OKRs

Users can now associate closed work items from Agility directly with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). This capability ensures that even completed work can be linked to strategic objectives.

Procedure​

  1. Log in to Agility, click the hamburger menu > OKR's.

  2. Select the Objective or Key Result for which you want to associate the closed asset.

  3. Click Show More in the Associated Assets section and click +Add to search for an Asset.

    By default, only open assets are displayed when you search for an asset.

  4. If you want to add the closed asset, click the Filter panel next to the Search bar.

  5. Select the Include closed assets option.

    When you perform a search, the results include both open and closed assets. Closed assets are clearly distinguished by a strike-through, allowing you to easily identify their status.

  6. Search for the closed work item using ID or Title.

  7. From the results, identify the work item and click +Add.

The closed work item is now successfully associated with the selected Objective or Key Result.
