Configure and Save Views

Customize the data displayed on the Objectives page by selecting which columns (fields) to show and saving these configurations as reusable views. Column options include Owner, Progress, custom fields, and more. Saved views preserve specific combinations of filters and column configurations for quick access.

Who Configures and Saves Views

View customization supports role-specific workflows:

  • Product Owners create saved views focused on product objectives, key result progress, and team ownership to monitor product delivery.
  • Portfolio Managers configure views showing portfolio-level objectives, budget alignment, and strategic theme associations for executive reporting.
  • Team Leads save views filtered to team objectives with progress and milestone visibility for sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • OKR Administrators create organization-wide saved views highlighting at-risk objectives, overdue key results, or alignment gaps for governance.

Troubleshooting

Why don't I see the Configure Columns option?

Verify you have Agility Pro or Premium license with OKR functionality enabled. Contact your administrator to enable the OKR feature toggle.

Why don't my column settings persist after logout?

Column configurations should persist across sessions. If settings reset, clear your browser cache and reapply the configuration. Contact support if the issue persists.

Can I create a view that other team members can use?

No. Saved views are user-specific and cannot be shared. Each user must create their own views. Consider documenting useful filter and column combinations for your team to replicate.

Why can't I delete the default view?

The default All Objectives view cannot be deleted, as it provides the baseline OKR listing. You can create additional saved views with custom filters and columns to suit your workflow.
