Retrospectives

This article explains how to use the Retrospective feature in Agility.

Overview

A Retrospective is a meeting held by a project team at the end of a sprint, release, or project to inspect and adapt their processes and teamwork. Using the Retrospectives page, you can:

  • Capture the important details of a retrospective meeting, such as agendas, discussion notes, and areas for improvement
  • Identify backlog items or issues discussed in the meeting
