Request Summary Dashboard Panel

The Analytics Request Summary dashboard panel allows you to understand the break-down of a Request in a project or program by various dimensions. You can configure which requests are considered and how to slice the results in the panel parameters.

Where to Find This Panel

The Request Summary Dashboard panel is available on any of the following Analytics dashboards.

  • Portfolio > Executive Dashboard
  • Program > Dashboard
  • Program > Product Owner Dashboard
  • Team > Team Dashboard
  • Team > Quality Dashboard
  • Team > ScrumMaster Dashboard

Measures

This panel counts and groups current requests based on the configuration options specified in panel parameters.

Configuring the Panel

  1. To configure the panel, click on the gear icon Analytics Gear Icon at the top-right corner and click Edit.
  2. Choose from the panel parameters below.

Parameters for this panel may differ depending on the location of the dashboard.

Group ByDetermines how the results are grouped. Valid values are:

- Type
- Source
- Priority
- Status
- Resolution
Type
Request StateDetermines which request to consider. Valid values are:

Open.  Requests that are Open or Active
Closed. Requests that are Closed or Archived.
All.  All Request regardless of Reporting Category
