Adding a Defect in Rooms 2

This article explains how to use the add defect option in Rooms 2.

Overview

Defects are generally entered and planned in the Product Planning area. In Rooms 2 you can add defects inline and associate them with the team.

Procedure

1. Click the hamburger menu > Rooms > All Team Rooms.
2. Click a Team Room name and click Go To Rooms2.
3. In the Rooms2 page, click the add defect icon .
4. In Add Defect page, enter the title and select the values for the following:
   • Planning Level
   • Team
   • Status
   • Iteration
5. Enter values for the other fields and click Save.
