Applying Filters to the Project Timeline

This topic explains how to apply filters to a project timeline.

Overview

Using filters, follow these steps to narrow or expand the focus of the data that displays on the project timeline.

Steps

  1. Select a project from the Project Navigator, and then click the Filter button.
  2. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Portfolio > Project Timeline
  3. Click or start typing in the filter field, and then select the any of the filter options.
  4. Repeat the previous step to apply more filters, and then click Apply when done.

Clearing Filters

To clear a single filter:

  • Click on - symbol next the name of the filter.

To remove all filters that have been applied and restore the default settings:

  • Click Clear All Filters in the top right corner of the page.
