Publishing and Sharing a Project Timeline
You can create a snapshot of a point in time within your project timeline and can share with others even if they do not have access to your Digital.ai Agility instance.
How to Publish a Project Timeline
- Click the hamburger icon
> Portfolio > Project Timeline
- Select a project from the Project Navigator.
- Filter the Project Timeline to show the data you want to publish. Note that snapshot shows a literal representation of your current view and drill-down details do not display.
- Click Publish Timeline.
- In the Publish window, enter a name in the Description field, and click Publish.
- When the Copy to clipboard field displays, you can copy and paste the URL into other documents so others can view the timeline snapshot online. No login is required to view the published timeline.
The link created does not require a login to view the data, so be sure to share only with those authorized to see the data.
How to View a Published Project Timeline
- Click the hamburger icon
> Portfolio > Project Timeline
- Select a project from the Project Navigator.
- Select the Publish Timeline drop-down arrow, and then select My Published Timelines.
- Click on any timeline to view it.
You can also see the list of published timelines on the Admin > Configuration > Publications page.
