System Requirements & Installation
Digital.ai Agility is available in two deployment models: SaaS (hosted by Digital.ai) or on-premise (deployed on your infrastructure). This topic covers deployment options, system requirements, and installation procedures.
System Requirements for On-Premise Installation
The operating configuration for Agility depends primarily on the number of concurrent users and the volume of information being managed by the system. The specifications below outline the minimum system requirements recommended to successfully run the complete system (web server, database server, operating system, and so on).

Server Requirements

If running on Windows Server version less than 2022 (e.g. 2016 or 2019), you need to upgrade to .NET Framework 4.8 before installing Agility Core 25.3.
With SQL Server 2016 and above, we recommend that you run the database in SQL Server 2012 Compatibility mode for performance reasons.
SQL Server Express is not a supported alternative to SQL Server.

Agility assumes full-screen browser use on a minimum 1024x768 display with 16-bit and above color depth. Product Owner-specific data may require higher screen resolutions (1280x1024) to view all table columns at once on certain pages. JavaScript should be enabled.
Connectivity Requirements
A high-speed Internet connection such as a cable modem, DSL, or fiber is recommended.
