Configuring Agility Sync in Agility

Digital.ai Agility now has the capability to configure Agility Sync instance from the sidebar menu. You can configure Agility Sync for your organization by enabling or disabling this option from the Admin menu. If enabled, the Agility Sync option is displayed in Agility sidebar menu.

Before You Begin​

  • Ensure that you have the URL and credential for the Agility Sync instance which you must configure.
  • To Configure Agility Sync in Agility you must have Administrator Privileges.

Enabling Agility Sync in Agility​

  1. Logon to Agility.
  2. From the Admin menu select Agility Sync.
  3. In the Configure Agility Sync page select the Enabled box.
  4. Enter the Agility Sync URL and click Save.
  5. From the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Agility Sync.
  6. Enter your Agility Sync credentials.

The configured Agility Sync instance is displayed in a new tab.
