I don't see any commit information in my work items, what's wrong?

This article explain how to view the commit information for your workitems in Agility.

Answer​

In order for the CommitStream service to properly populate commit data inside Digital.ai Agility, the appropriate webhook must be been configured in your version control system.

Also, verify that the following have taken place:

  • The repository was correctly added in the CommitStream Administration page.
  • The associated webhook URL has been placed in the relevant repository inside your version control system.
  • The commit comment contains a mention of the workitem ID you are committing against (for instance, S-12345 or B-12345).
