Changing Members Password
This artilce explains how to change member's password in Agility.
Overview
***Users are called members.*** System Administrators can change a member's password following the steps in this article.
- If you log in using Windows Integrated Authentication or Single Sign On (SSO), your password is controlled by your network credentials and cannot be changed following the steps below. Contact your organization's network administrator for assistance.
- As a security precaution, lost passwords cannot be recovered. They must be reset using one of the following methods.
Steps
- Click the hamburger menu
> Admin > Members.
- Click Edit next to a member's name.
- In the resulting Members window, type a new password in the Password fields, and click Save. The member can now log in with the new password and change it to something more secure.
