API Rate Limiting
In today's data driven world more enterprises are taking advantage of Agility's API. As users begin to experiment with the API. There are times when a user who is learning can impact Agility performance. These issues mostly stem from unbounded queries or trying to pull too much data at a time. To ensure Agility users receive the best experience, Digital.ai enforces API rate limiting.
API rate limits apply to instances running 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, and beyond.
API Rate Limits and Rollout Schedule
Limit of 600 requests and 600 MB data retrieved per 60 seconds.

- September 30, 2023: www13 and www14 URLs

- Fixed issue related to Hosted Setup_Values in Manage Settings > System which is overwritten when any other value is configured in the UI during provision.

UI
Next generation navigation for a simpler, more intuitive experience
We have updated the navigation and header section to make things simpler and more intuitive. You can access the new navigation using the hamburger icon at the top-left and the new header section at the top of the page.
The new navigation is enabled by default. You can switch to the Classic navigation from your preferences. However, the Classic navigation will be permanently discontinued in 23.0 release.
Ability to configure SSO using Platform Identity service
Starting October 19, 2022, you can connect your corporate identity provider to using the Platform's Identity service. Once connected, Platform will act as an identity broker between your IdP (Identity Provider) and , allowing your users to securely access all products and the support, documentation, and community portals using the same credentials they use throughout your enterprise.
If you have not yet migrated your single sign-on (SSO) and user management to the Platform and want to do so, write to support@digital.ai for assistance.
Project Workspace
Ability to create a new workspace using an existing workspace
We have added the ability to create a new project workspace using an existing workspace so that you can inherit customizations from an existing workspace without having to manually recreate them in the new workspace.
By default, the parent workspace is selected. You can select a different workspace by clicking the Choose Another Workspace button.
Portfolio Items
Added the following abilities to the History tab of portfolio items:
- Ability to track addition and removal of dependencies in the History tab of a portfolio item.
- Ability to track addition and removal of blocking issues in the History tab of a portfolio item.
Previously, changes to Upstream/Downstream Dependencies and Blocking issues associated with a portfolio item were not captured as part of the asset history. You can now find them by going to the History tab of an asset and clicking the Details button next to the corresponding change.
Backlog Items
Added the following abilities to the History tab of primary workitems:
- Ability to track addition and removal of dependencies in the History tab of a primary workitem.

Previously, changes to Upstream/Downstream Dependencies and Broken By Defects of an asset were not captured as part of the asset history. You can now find them by going to the History tab of an asset and clicking the Details button next to the corresponding change.
Ability to select a template while creating an asset from a
Added the ability to select a template while creating an asset from without moving away from the screen. When you create an asset from a , templates are now displayed in a modal window within the page.
Usability improvements
- Fixed usability issue with checkbox fields on the asset detail page. Clicking outside the checkbox will no longer check or uncheck the field.
- Fixed issue in the Roadmap screen that caused portfolio items to overlap while expanding or collapsing them.
- Fixed the grid customization feature to auto-adjust the number of rows displayed based on the window size and the number of rows selected by the user.
- Fixed the placement of "Input is required" error message when creating or editing a Regression Plan without providing any input in the required fields.
- Resolved issue with dropdown selections that caused the previously selected value to lose focus upon clicking the dropdown list again.
- Fixed the spacing issue in Roadmap Timeline view that caused milestones, projects, and other assets to be stacked in the top row when the "Show Title" option is disabled.
Performance Updates
There have been several performance updates recently. These changes were made available in point releases as they were completed. Below is a recap of those changes.
- Optimized several database queries to improve loading time of Storyboards.
- Removed unnecessary lookup requests made when clicking on links for read-only fields.

Here is a list of items included in this release which were completed since the Version 22.2 release. Most, if not all, of these items were available in previous point releases.
Enhancements
- Reduced the Planning Level dropdown height in the Planning Level navigation window to ensure that the Apply button is visible in 1024x768 resolution.
- Added ability to enable and disable card aging under Customize option in Storyboard.
- In the Applications screen, enabled wrapping of long application names to ensure visibility of the Revoke button.
Fixed
- The Breakdown section of Epic, Strategic Theme, Iteration and scorecards now includes teams with workitems closed in the sprint.
- Updated Iteration and scorecards to show Done hours based on the selected iteration.
- Fixed the "Agility Security Restriction: Your account must be linked to an Ideas user setting to perform this operation." error caused when copying assets linked to Ideas.
- Fixed the usability issue with the buttons in Scorecard page.
- Fixed issue with the Velocity by Date report that caused some stories to be excluded from the calculation.
- Fixed tags in the asset detail page to link to the asset search page for all assets containing the tag.
- Fixed issue with importing Google Sheets files as Excel .xlsx files.
- Effort added to an asset is now recorded according to the client's timezone to ensure that the Effort is displayed for the correct day of week in Timesheets.
- Fixed issue with multiple reports displaying stale data and losing recent updates when there was a significant difference between server and client timezones.
- Fixed issue with the positioning of dependency lines when applying filters in Dependency board.
- Fixed the license expiration date to be shown according to the -configured local timezone.
- Fixed issue that caused the wrong timezone to be displayed during Excel imports.
- Fixed the date in published Roadmap views to display as per the -configured timezone and not the server timezone.
- Fixed the unresponsive Initialize button on the Process tab of the Teams page.
- Fixed issue with long names being truncated. Such will now display part of the name with an ellipsis and the full name will display in a tooltip on mouse over.
Analytics
- The ETL process to extract data from an runtime database to the Datamart database will once again run for a similar duration as it did before. The new column TotalToDo for Workitem Trends will no longer backfill completely in one run. For customers that desire that the TotalToDo column be backfilled in one run, a separate script can be provided.
