Digital.ai Agility​

Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility

  • TeamRoom panels now support full screen mode for:
    • Iteration Planning
    • Storyboard
    • Task board
    • Test board
    • List View
  • Added the option Plan Defects to enable Copy tasks/test from selected defect templates.
  • Added the ability to keep the headers persistent across all the grids in Agility.
  • The following Continuum features are removed from Digital.ai Agility
    • Delivery Progress
    • Epic Delivery Progress
    • Delivery Category in Asset Summary and Backlog Grid
    • Delivery Summary in Epic Grid
    • Delivery Stream

Digital.ai Agility Sync​

Enhancements

  • Agility Sync now has the capability to organize mappings using tags.
  • Configure and customize the column display in the mapping list page.
  • Added the ability to configure to sync specific event types like create, update, for all events at the field level.
  • Included dot walking fields under Relationships for ServiceNow to support relationship.
  • Added Pendo track event for getting total number workitems synced per customer.
  • Support extended for GitHub external Plug-in.

API Rate Limiting​

In today's data driven world more enterprises are taking advantage of Agility's API. As users begin to experiment with the API. There are times when a user who is learning can impact Agility performance. These issues mostly stem from unbounded queries or trying to pull too much data at a time. To ensure Agility users receive the best experience, Digital.ai enforces API rate limiting.

API rate limits apply to instances running 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, and beyond.

Limit of 600 requests and 600 MB data retrieved per 60 seconds.

  • October 14, 2023: www3, www4, www11, www12, and www51 through and including www56 URLs

Digital.ai Agility​

User Interface​

TeamRoom Panels in Full Screen Mode Agility now allows users to expand their team view in all pages. With this option the focus is on essential elements such as board and tree. This option is very useful in team rooms where specific panels can be viewed in full-screen mode.

Plan Defect Option in Templates Agility has new Plan Defect option just like Plan Story to enable Copy tasks/test from selected defect templates. The Defect Planner page provides the following options:

  • Add Tasks to the defect.
  • Add Tests to the defect.
  • Copy Tasks and Tests from a specific defect.

Grids now have Sticky Headers​

The headers are now persistent across all grids in Agility. Earlier, the headers were hidden when the user scrolled down the list of workitems in the grid.

Agility Sync​

Organize Mappings Using Tags​

Agility Sync now has the capability to organize mappings using tags. You can add tags in Agility Sync and associate them with mappings that are specific for an integration.

Configure Sync Specific Events​

Agility now has the option to Sync Selected Event Type for all the fields. You can click the Settings icon next to the Create field and select either CREATE or UPDATE event type as per your requirement.

Fixes - Agility​

  • The issue with trying to remove Type value from a Portfolio has been solved.
  • When SSO is configured in Agility without a certificate, the MetaData endpoint for SAML authentication works as expected.
  • On this Page option is now displayed under the Reports menu.

Fixes - Agility Sync​

  • Webhook error fixed for multiple directives - Run Task.
  • Performance improvements were done for Agility Sync user interface and some specific plug-ins.
  • Sync failed when the user does not exist in the system.
  • Sync failed during the update when the Sync Specific Condition is having project specific filter.
  • Fixed the Parent-Child Relationship from Agility to ServiceNow.
  • Updates on deleted work item is picked and sync fails.
  • Migrate create from ServiceNow is failing if value for dot walking fields exist in the work item.
  • Deletion of Azure plug-in does not delete the Azure webhooks when respective Azure mappings are deleted.
