Digital.ai Agility

Enhancements and bug fixes in Digital.ai Agility

• The Delivery at a glance board is removed from the main menu from Agility 23.0 version.
• We have added the ability to track the Story ID or Defect ID and Name in the original story when it is split.
• With the introduction of the Digital.ai Identity service in the Banff launch back in October, Agility will be moving to this new service to support SSO. Ping-identity, will be deprecated and customers utilizing SSO today should move to the new identity service by Fall of 2023. Please contact your CSM or support for more information.

Digital.ai Agility Sync

Enhancements

• Support for Auto Resync of failed workitems every 10 minutes to a maximum of 5 times.
• Option to configure the sync, select and Sync specific Event Types like create, update, or all events.
• Project to team field mapping from Azure to Agilityintegration is now supported.
• Check for an existing work item before you sync to avoid data duplication at the destination.
• Ability to configure sync strategy for the dependent workitems like, parent-child relationships.
• Extended Relationship support for ServiceNowintegration.
• Zendesk Support(beta version) for external plug-ins.

API Rate Limiting

In today's data driven world more enterprises are taking advantage of Agility's API. As users begin to experiment with the API. There are times when a user who is learning can impact Agility performance. These issues mostly stem from unbounded queries or trying to pull too much data at a time. To ensure Agility users receive the best experience, Digital.ai enforces API rate limiting.

API rate limits apply to instances running 22.3, 23.0, 23.1, and beyond.

Limit of 600 requests and 600 MB data retrieved per 60 seconds.

• October 14, 2023: www3, www4, www11, www12, and www51 through and including www56 URLs

Digital.ai Agility

User Interface

Next generation navigation for a simpler, more intuitive experience We have updated the navigation and header section to make things simpler and more intuitive. You can access the new navigation using the hamburger icon at the top-left and the new header section at the top of the page.

The new navigation is enabled by default. You can switch to the Classic navigation from your Agility preferences option.

Fixes - Agility

• Fixed issue related to the broken image icon, the Avatar image is now displayed properly in the Topics panel.
• Fixed the Owner filter issue in TeamRoom Iteration Planning Board.
• Fixed the readability issue of closed assets, earlier it was difficult to read the text in closed assets due to the light theme.
• Fixed issue related to usability in iteration scheduling page side panel.
• Fixed issue related to Default relationship between child item and parent id from Agility to Jira.
• Providing username in comment section of Agility resulted in sync failure, this issue is fixed.
• Updating the name of an attachment from Agility resulted in sync failure, it is fixed now.
• Deletion of workitem from any Agility plug-in led to failure, this is fixed.
• Fixed update event sync failure, when the Agility-CreatedBy field is mapped to a text field in Azure and createdby user is deleted or renamed.
• Fixed issue of Web socket error that was displayed in msghub logs.
• Fixed issue related to Sync Strategy, when parent workitem is not synced yet, child workitem should wait for specific time for parent to sync, and fail only after that wait time.
• Error message is displayed during multi-project mapping, when the two projects have different uncommon mandatory fields.
• Agility Sync installer now disables as-poller by default.

Known Issues

• Enabling relationship in uni-direction resets default relationship id and sync strategy.
