Ranking and Ordering Templates

You can rank and order your templates in the grid according to your project needs. As with other grids in the system, you can do this through drag-and-drop. You can also accomplish this by using the Move to Project drop-down menu.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Product > Templates.
  2. Select the template you want to rank by clicking its checkbox, open the Move to Project drop-down menu. You can select multiple templates if you want to reorder a range of templates on your grid.
  3. Select Rank from the drop-down and choose a ranking option (choices are: move selected templates to top or bottom of the selected project, move to top or bottom of the list, or move to a specific page).
  4. The system refreshes to display the Templates grid with your newly-ordered templates.
