Troubleshooting

Why can't I customize the template grid columns?

Customizing grid columns requires Edit access to the project. If the Customize option is not available in the wrench icon menu, verify your permissions with your project administrator.

Do my column customizations affect other users?

Column customizations are user-specific. Your configured columns only affect your view of the templates grid. Other team members see their own column configurations or the default view.

Why don't some fields appear in the available columns list?

The available columns depend on your template type (backlog item, defect, or request) and your project's custom field configuration. Some fields may only be available for specific template types or may require administrator configuration to appear as column options.
