Customizing the Columns in the Templates Grid

This article explains how to customize columns in the Templates Grid.

Overview​

As with other grids in the system, you can customize the columns that display.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Product > Templates.

  2. Click the wrench icon Wrench Icon to the right of either the Backlog Item Templates or Defect Templates section to open the drop-down menu. Select Customize. The Customize Columns window opens, showing you a list of available column types from which to choose.

    • In the Display column, click the checkboxes for each of the column types you want to display in the Templates grid.
    • Click the Edit checkboxes for each column you want to be editable.

  4. Click Save. The Templates grid displays with your updated columns.
