Your Profile

Manage your member account settings, preferences, and profile information. All members can update their own profile details, customize system preferences, and manage account security.

What you can manage

All members can manage their own account settings:

  • Profile information: View and edit name, email, contact details, and account details
  • Avatar: Add, change, or remove your profile picture
  • System preferences: Customize time zone, date format, language, and display options
  • Password: Change or reset your login credentials

Permission note: You can only modify your own member account. System administrators can modify all member accounts and assign roles through Hamburger menu > Admin > Members.

Common first-time setup

New users should complete these account setup tasks:

  1. Update your profile: Add full name and contact information so teammates can identify you.
  2. Add an avatar: Upload a profile picture for better team recognition.
  3. Set preferences: Configure time zone to see accurate dates and times.
  4. Change default password: Replace temporary password with secure personal password.
  5. Review permissions: Verify you can access your assigned projects and teams.

Troubleshooting:

  • Can't change certain settings? Some preferences may be locked by your administrator for organizational consistency
  • Can't see your projects? You may not be added as a project member. Contact your administrator to verify project assignments
  • Password reset not working? Your organization may use Single Sign-On (SSO). Contact your IT department for authentication support
