My Views in Digital.ai Agility

This article explains how to use My Views in Agility.

Overview

You can use filters to narrow or expand the list of items displayed in a page. This allows you to get rid of the stuff you don't want to see so you can focus on what's important.

You can save the grid views you have created with My Views. The My Views button makes it easy to save and recall customized filters on the grid, including which columns are visible, editable fields, grid sorting, and number of items per page.

Note that you also have the option to save your current project scope selection into your view.

What is saved under My Views?

My Views saves the following for each grid:

• Current filter selections
• Which columns are visible
• Which columns are editable
• Grid sorting
• Number of items per page

Optionally, you can also save the current project scope selection, by selection the project scope icon before you save

My Views are only visible to the user who added them and are not shared with other users.

Adding My Views

1. Select filters that you want to save and/or customize the grid for your view
2. Click My Views
3. Type the name for the view
4. Optionally, check the Include Project Tree Selection box
5. Click the Add button

Deleting My Views

1. Click My Views
2. Click the remove (-) button
3. Confirm the deletion by selecting the Remove button

Updating or renaming views

It is not possible to update or rename an existing view. As a workaround, you may open a view, make the necessary changes, and save it as a new view.

1. Change filters that you want to save and/or customize the grid for your view
2. Click My Views
3. Type the name for the view
4. Optionally, check the Include Project Tree Selection box
5. Click the Add button
6. Delete the previous view

Sharing views

1. Click My Views

2. Click the copy icon next to a view

3. Share the copied URL
