Searching Digital.ai Agility

This article explains how to use the search functionality in Agility.

Overview

Digital.ai Agility provides a robust search capability. Depending on the level of detail you want and your roles, you can choose any of the following search options:

  • Quick Search
  • Advanced Search
  • Grid Search

Quick Search (located in the Sidebar on every page) is a lightweight search that finds assets for open workitems, Conversations, and Community Topics.

  1. Type the first three characters of a term or ID in the Quick Search box. For example, if you're looking for TK-01234, enter any of these to find that task: TK-01234, 01234, or 1234.

    • If you pause for a few seconds, a preview of matching Open workitems displays. If you keep typing, the matching results become more refined.
  2. When it shows up in the list, select the workitem to view details.

Quick Search Box

If you still cannot find what you're looking for, you can use the advanced search options and boolean characters, and search for specific asset types, closed and deleted workitems, filter and sort search results, and drill down into further details.

  1. To open the Advanced Search page, place your cursor in the Quick Search box. Alternately, you can press the Return key or click on the magnifying glass next to the search box.
  2. When the Advanced Search page opens in a separate window, enter your search criteria.

Searching the Grid

To search for workitems within any grid:

  1. In any grid, click the + icon next to the Filter button.
  2. Type a word in the Find field, and then click Apply Filters.
