Changing or Resetting Your Password

This article explains how to Change or Reset your password in Agility.

Overview​

This article provides step-by-step instructions for changing your member (or user) password.

If you log in using Microsoft Windows Integrated Authentication or Single Sign On (SSO), your password is controlled by your network credentials and cannot be changed following the steps below. Contact your organization's network administrator for assistance. As a security precaution, lost passwords cannot be recovered. They must be reset using one of the following methods.

Option 1: From the Log in Page​

  1. Go your Digital.ai Agility login page, and then click the Forgot Password link.
  2. Enter your username or email address, and then click Reset Password. You will receive an email with additional instructions.

Option 2: Avatar Menu​

  1. Log into Digital.ai Agility using your existing password.
  2. Click on the profile icon on the header and click Change Password.
  3. Enter your new password twice and click Save.
