Change or Reset Your Password

If you log in using Microsoft Windows Integrated Authentication or Single Sign On (SSO), your password is controlled by your network credentials and cannot be changed following the steps below. Contact your organization's network administrator for assistance. As a security precaution, lost passwords cannot be recovered and must be reset.

SSO users: If your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On), password changes must be made through your identity provider (such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace). The Forgot Password and Change Password options in Agility will not work for SSO accounts.

Reset password from login page

  1. Go to your Agility login page and click the Forgot Password link.
  2. Enter your username or email address and click Reset Password. You will receive an email with additional instructions.

Troubleshooting

If the Forgot Password feature is unavailable or doesn't send emails:

  • SSO authentication: Your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO). Password changes must be made through your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.), not through Agility. Contact your IT department for password reset instructions.
  • Windows Integrated Authentication: Your password is controlled by your network credentials. Contact your network administrator to reset your domain password.
  • Email configuration: On-premises installations may not have email configured. Contact your system administrator for manual password reset assistance.

Why didn't I receive the password reset email?

If you requested a password reset but didn't receive the email:

  • Check spam/junk folders: Reset emails may be filtered as spam. Check all email folders including Promotions and Updates tabs.
  • Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can take 5-10 minutes depending on your email provider. Be patient before requesting another reset.
  • Verify email address: Ensure your account email address is correct. Contact your administrator if your email changed recently.
  • Email server issues: Your organization's email server may be blocking automated emails. Contact your IT department to whitelist Agility system emails.

Why does my new password get rejected?

Password requirements vary by organization:

  • Complexity requirements: Your administrator may require minimum length (typically 8-12 characters), uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • Password history: You may not be able to reuse recent passwords. Try a completely new password you haven't used before.
  • SSO requirements: If using SSO, password complexity is controlled by your identity provider's policies, not Agility.
  • Common passwords blocked: Weak passwords like "Password123" or "Welcome1" are typically blocked for security reasons.

Why can I change my password in Agility but it doesn't work at login?

Authentication method mismatch:

  • SSO active: If your organization recently enabled SSO, you must log in through your identity provider. The Agility password is no longer used.
  • Windows authentication: If using Windows Integrated Authentication, you must log in with your network credentials, not Agility-specific passwords.
  • Browser cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in with your new password.
  • Recent changes: Password changes may take a few minutes to propagate. Wait 5-10 minutes and try again.
