View and Edit Your Member Account Details

Access your member profile to update account information, manage preferences, and view your work items and project memberships.

Self-service access: All members can view and edit their own account details. Administrators can view and modify any member's account through Hamburger menu > Admin > Members.

View and edit member details​

  1. Click the profile icon on the header and click My Details.
  2. In the Member Details window, use the tabs to view different account information.
  3. To edit your details, click the Edit dropdown and select Edit.
  4. Make the appropriate changes and click Save.

The Edit dropdown also provides these actions:

  • Follow: Subscribe to updates about this member
  • Inactivate: Deactivate the member account
  • Delete: Remove the member account
  • Make an Ideas Administrator: Grant Ideas administrator privileges

My details

Member account tabs​

The Member Details window includes these tabs:

Details tab:

  • Short Name, Username, Email
  • Notifications by email checkbox
  • Avatar
  • Admin Privileges and Ideas Role
  • Phone, Manager
  • Description

History tab:

  • Account change history table showing Change Date, Changed By, and Change Comment
  • Last Access and Uses a License status
  • Created By, Create Date
  • Changed By, Change Date
  • Owned Stories count badge
  • Click Details on any row to view specific change information

Applications tab:

  • Add OAuth2 applications (Public or Personal type)
  • Enter application name
  • View currently authorized applications
  • Manage application access grants

Push Notifications tab:

  • Configure push notifications for third-party services (Slack, etc.)
  • View active push notifications
  • Manage notification settings

Additional information available through badges:

  • Owned Stories: Work items you currently own
  • Planning Level Membership: Planning level assets you have access to
  • Owned Planning Levels: Planning level assets you own
  • Owned Defects: Defects assigned to you
  • Links: URLs attached to your profile (count badge shows number)
  • Attachments: Files attached to your profile (count badge shows number)
