Show Project Path Displays the current project path above the Project Navigator. The Project path also indicates existing Roadmaps. Super Search Enabled Toggles Super Search navigation |
Email Settings | Notifications by Email Allows you to receive Digital.aiAgility notifications in your email. (You can also enable this feature in your Member Details view.) It is important to note that the system will not generate any automatic notifications to a member for actions that user takes themselves. For example, if a member has a subscription to generate a notification when the user is assigned a defect and the user creates and assigns a defect to his or herself, the system will not generate a notification (as it assumes that members are already aware of the actions they take themselves). Note that this feature is only available if configured in the SMTP Configuration settings. Send Conversation Emails Allows you to receive email notifications from Conversations that mention you or that you are subscribed to. Note that this feature is only available if configured in the SMTP Configuration settings. |
Notification Settings | Show Notification Icon Displays an icon in the upper right corner next to your avatar when unread notifications are waiting for you. Enable Active Alert Shows a temporary toaster alert in the bottom right corner of the screen when new notifications arrive. |
Report Settings | Include Weekends Shows or hides weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) on time-based reports. Note that this affects all Digital.aiAgility reports. See Are weekends and holidays included in reports? for details. Show Reports by Workitem Count Configures Digital.aiAgility reports to show Workitem counts by default. |
Miscellaneous | Use Classic Navigation Enables or disables classic navigation. This option will be discontinued in Agility 23.0 release. Use Classic Portfolio Item Tree Enables or disables classic Portfolio Item Tree. |
Theme and Font Family | Theme Themes control the color scheme and the overall look and feel of Digital.aiAgility . By default, Digital.aiAgility displays the "Light" theme, but you can switch to the "Dark" theme at any time.
