How do I track individual logins so I can see who is accessing Digital.ai Agility?

This article explains how you can monitor who logins to Digital.ai Agility.

To see the number of unique logins, use the Active Members Trend report. This report shows the number of actual licenses used over time so you can see when you will (or have) surpassed your license usage.

For On-demand (Hosted) instances

Contact Digital.ai Agility Support and request that this report be enabled. Make sure that you provide your complete instance URL.

For On-premise (installed on your servers) instances

Add the following line to your user.config file on the webserver:
