Each project can have a number of different test scripts. The scripts are created by using a set of commands available in the studio such as Click, VerifyElementFound etc. 
Once the script is ready, you can play, debug and see a report - all inside the studio. However, once you are satisfied with the test, it is recommended to export the test (using the studio's "Export the code" functionality) into your regular testing framework - such as JUnit
