Change Device Language and Region
You can change the language and region of a mobile device to simulate various scenarios where regional settings influence behavior. Instead of manually navigating through the device settings, our integrated tool lets you make these adjustments quickly and easily.
Getting to the Locale Selection
Start by opening a Mobile Device within a Mobile Studio session. For detailed setup instructions, refer to the Getting Started with Mobile Devices section.
Next, click Tools > Locale Selection to access options for modifying both the language and region of your device.
It may take up to a minute for the changes to take affect.
If you are a Cloud Administrator, you can configure each project to automatically reset the device’s language and region at the end of a session, ensuring consistency. Refer to Reset to Default Language and Region Cleanup for further guidance.
