Console

The console provides real-time feedback for operations such as installing & launching applications, and running automated Appium tests on a mobile device within a Mobile Studio session.

Here is an example of an application installation. Whenever an action occurs that the console recognizes, a Red dot will appear as an indicator on the Console button:

To open the console view, click the Console button. Here, you can see the activities that have occurred.

You can clear the view, and adjust the settings where you’ll find options to change the console view preferences:

Note: Your last selected console view preference will be saves for future sessions.
