Manual Session Report

You can generate a session report for a session when you end it. This can be used for troubleshooting issues that can interfere with testing. The information in this report includes:

  • Test name

  • Test status (PASSED/FAILED)

  • Description

  • Expected result

  • Actual results

  • Application tested (including app and build information)

  • Error Cause (if status FAILED)

  • Additional technical info about the session similar to a regular Manual Report.

To generate a session report:​

  1. End the session.

  2. Select Create a Manual Report.

  3. Fill in the information.

Only Test Name, Test Status, and Application Tested are required. However, it is recommended to provide as much information as possible.

  1. Click Save Report.

To view the report, click View report.
