Unarchiving a Message in My Inbox

This article explains how to unarchive a message in My Inbox.

Overview​

Unarchiving a message allows you to retrieve a message that was previously archived and refreshes your My Inbox to display the message.

Steps​

  1. Click the hamburger icon Hamburger icon > Rooms >** My Rooms** > My Inbox.
  2. Click inside the Filter field, and then select Show Archived Messages. All archived messages will display in strikethrough text.
  3. Select the message(s) you want to unarchive, and then select Unarchive from the action menu.
