Creating a Message in My Inbox

This article explains how to use the My Inbox feature in Agility.

Overview

Follow these steps to learn how to use the My Inbox page to send messages to other Digital.ai Agility members.

Only System and Project Administrators have the ability to send mass messages to multiple users in Digital.ai Agility.

Steps

1. Click the hamburger icon > Rooms >** My Rooms** > My Inbox.
2. Click the Send Message button.
3. In the Send Message window, enter your message details, and then click Send.
