Troubleshooting
Can't access the Timesheet Audit Report
Your Admin Privileges role must be set to Member Admin or higher. Contact a System Administrator to adjust your permissions if you need access to this report.
Report shows no data or is empty
For time to appear, two conditions must be met: (1) team members must have assigned managers, and (2) members must click the Submit button on their timesheets. If members enter time but don't submit, their hours won't display in the report.
Specific team members missing from report
Only members with assigned managers appear in the Timesheet Audit Report. If a team member is missing, verify they have a manager assigned in their member profile. See Assign Managers to Members.
Report shows submitted timesheet but hours are zero
The report tracks submission status, not the number of hours entered. A timesheet showing as "submitted" with zero hours means the member submitted an empty timesheet for that week. Check with the team member to verify if this is correct.
