Who uses RSS feeds: Team members who prefer RSS readers for notification aggregation can configure RSS feeds for their subscriptions. Each member's RSS link is unique and private.
Security Note: Your RSS link is specific to your member account and grants direct access to your subscriptions. Do not share your RSS link with others.

Troubleshooting
RSS feed not updating in my RSS reader
RSS readers check for updates at different intervals. Manually refresh your RSS reader to pull the latest notifications. If no updates appear, verify you have active subscriptions in Digital.ai Agility—without subscriptions, no notifications will be generated.
Can't drag RSS Feed icon into my RSS reader
If drag-and-drop doesn't work, right-click the RSS Feed icon on the Subscriptions page and copy the feed URL. Then paste this URL directly into your RSS reader's "Add Feed" or "Subscribe" function.
RSS feed shows "Access Denied" or authentication errors
Your RSS feed URL is specific to your Digital.ai Agility account and includes authentication. If you're logged out or your session expires, the feed will stop working. Log back into Digital.ai Agility and generate a new RSS feed URL if necessary.
Outlook doesn't show RSS feed updates
Ensure Synchronize RSS Feeds to the Common Feed List is enabled in Outlook's Advanced options (File > Options > Advanced > RSS Feeds). If the feed still doesn't update, try removing and re-adding the feed URL manually in Outlook.
RSS notifications duplicating in reader
Some RSS readers create duplicate entries if the feed URL is added multiple times. Check your RSS reader's subscription list and remove any duplicate Digital.ai Agility feeds.
