Troubleshooting
Webhook not receiving notifications
Verify the webhook URL is correct and the external application is configured to accept incoming webhooks. Test the webhook using the external application's testing tools to ensure it's active. Also confirm you have active subscriptions in Digital.ai Agility—without subscriptions, no notifications will be sent.
Push notifications stopped working
Webhook URLs can expire or be revoked by the external application. Check the external application to verify the webhook is still active. If the webhook expired, generate a new webhook URL and update it in Digital.ai Agility.
Not all notifications are being pushed
Some external applications have rate limits or filtering rules that block certain notifications. Review the external application's webhook settings and logs to identify any blocked or filtered messages. If notifications are too frequent, consider refining your subscription filters in Digital.ai Agility.
Can't add webhook URL—Add button disabled
Ensure you've entered both a name and a valid webhook URL in the form. Webhook URLs typically start with https:// and must be complete, including any required authentication tokens or parameters provided by the external application.
