Receiving Notification Alerts by Email

To keep track of changes to assets, you can enable the Email Notifications feature to receive subscription-based alerts in your favorite email client.

You can also view these same alerts on the My Inbox page, in any RSS reader, or from within Digital.ai Agility Mobile Connect.

You will need to configure Subscriptions or watch assets in order to get notifications.

Steps​

You will not receive notifications for changes that you make, only changes made by other team members.

  1. Click on your avatar on the header and click My Details.
  2. Type your email address in the Email field and check the Notifications by email check box.
  3. Click on your avatar again, and click Agility Preferences.
  4. Select all of the options in the Email Settings and Notification Settings sections, and click the x to close the window.

To receive notifications by email, your Digital.ai Agility administrator must first configure the SMTP settings for your instance to allow your system to send email messages. Refer to the SMTP Configuration page to learn how.
