Support for iOS 26 Beta
Digital.ai Continuous Testing now supports iOS 26 beta and iPadOS 26 beta, enabling organizations to accelerate the delivery of high-quality iOS applications by testing on the latest Apple platforms. With immediate compatibility for both manual and automated testing with Appium, development and QA teams can proactively validate application functionality, identify issues early, and ensure readiness for new OS features and device requirements.
Support for Android 16

Support for Samsung S25 Edge
Digital.ai Continuous Testing now offers full support for the Samsung S25 Edge, enabling organizations to test Android applications on Samsung’s newest flagship device. With both manual and automated testing capabilities, teams can seamlessly validate app performance, compatibility, and user experience on the latest hardware.

Mobile Studio
- Fixed an issue where the Test Editor would close unexpectedly when docked to the right.

Android Support
- Resolved an issue where Samsung devices with a PIN code would go offline after reboot.
- Fixed a bug that caused the secure screen to appear black on Samsung devices running Android 15.
- Corrected the
SetNetworkConnection
behavior for airplane_mode on Huawei P20 Lite.

iOS Support
- We have updated the list of known limitations for iOS devices. See Shared Devices Limitations for details.
- Optimized the installation flow for enterprise applications using our Auto-Trust mechanism.

Appium Server
- Fixed an issue where audio recordings were empty on iOS devices.
- Resolved a bug where the
GetNetworkConnection
command did not function as expected. - Addressed a problem with ADB shell commands via Appium (
driver.executeScript("mobile: shell", command);
).

Playwright
- Improved error handling and reporting for Playwright executions.
- Resolved an issue where the CLI tool for Playwright and Cypress generated invalid report links after successful test runs.

Cloud
- Fixed a bug where licenses would reset after restarting the cloud server on virtual machines. If you're using a VM, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
- Removed the restriction on special characters in cloud user passwords. All special characters are now supported.
- Resolved an issue where license files became corrupted after a cloud upgrade.

Selenium Agent
- Resolved an "Invalid Token" error affecting Safari browser sessions on macOS Sonoma.

Reporter
- Fixed an issue where test reports from Appium executions were missing.

Cambrionix
- Fixed a bug that caused interference with the
PortAlwaysOn
property on the Cambrionix Hub.

As of 25.5, Samsung devices running on Android 14+ with a PIN code must be updated with the respective PIN code on the device information. See our documentation for configuration details.

As of 25.4, mobile automation tests will return a
digitalai:
prefix for Continuous Testing capabilities, to maintain W3C compliance. -
Long videos in Automotive Projection may not appear in the video reports.

Starting with version 25.6 (tentatively around July 2025), we will disable a few of our properties, under SetProperty.

os.allow.orientation.correction
used to allow iOS non-instrumented dump orientation to be corrected. Now the correction is made by our cloud natively - please make sure you correct your tests if needed. -
ios.11.use.old.monitoring.service
used only for iOS 11, which is not supported anymore, to choose the service used for monitoring CPU / Memory.

PortAlwaysOn
in the USB Hub UI, as described here: System Requirements.
Windows and CentOS are no longer supported for cloud components (learn more here). No Builds for these platforms are available.
