Support for iPhone 16 Series
Digital.ai Continuous Testing supports latest iPhone 16 series of devices. Now you can test your iOS apps in iPhone 16 using Manual or Automation (Grid) sessions.

Support for iOS 18 Official Release
Digital.ai Continuous Testing now supports iOS 18 Official/Public release version. It is important to test your applications for any bugs before you start to see the traffic coming from your customers from the latest OS version. Upgrade any of your eligible devices to latest iOS 18 and increase your testing scope and release a bug-free application.
Support for iPhone 16 Simulators
Digital.ai Continuous Testing now supports iPhone 16 series of simulators. Upgrade your EHM to test your applications against these simulators to ensure all the functionalities work and to discover any new bugs or UI issues.
Here is a short demo of iPhone 16 simulators from Continuous Testing cloud equipped with emulator host machines. It demonstrates the ability to fetch all the different context/identification types.

- Appium Server images will now support the Axe DevTools plugin as of Appium 2.11.3.

- We fixed an issue preventing healed locators from appearing in video reports.

Application REST APIs

Release version and build version are now included in the response of the List Installed Application API.

You can now uninstall applications using the package name or bundle ID. For further information: Uninstall by packageName API.

Notes and Known Issues
- iOS 17.x and 18.x should only be used with Appium 2.11.3 and above.
- Due to stability issues from Apple's side in versions 17.0-17.3, it is recommended to upgrade to versions 17.4+ to ensure a smoother experience.

Critical Reporter Database Update
As of 24.4 we have made a structural update to the Reporter database. Please follow the following instructions to begin an automatic one-time migration process. There is no change to the functionality of the Reporter. Starting 24.6 this will be the only supported version.
Important Notes and Known Issues

Starting from this version all SSO properties from conf.xml will migrate automatically to YAML properties file. For further information: Single Sign-On Integration

Starting from 24.7 version, all cloud components are no longer supported on Windows and CentOS (learn more here). This means that new features and fixes specifically related to these platforms are no longer be provided. Builds continue to be provided until the end of 2024 to aid in your transition to supported platforms. Plan your move to a supported OS accordingly.
