Important Notes and Known Issues
-
For standard cloud deployments that may experience increased workloads, we recommend adjusting the Java heap memory settings as follows to ensure optimal performance and stability:
- Increase proxy memory (-Xmx) from 64MB to 256MB
- Increase server memory (-Xmx) from 1024MB to 2048MB
-
To improve the stability of mobile devices connectivity, we recommend enabling "PortAlwaysOn" in the USB hub UI, as described here: System Requirements.
-
We have noticed iOS 12 and iOS 13 are not working under specific combination of Mac OS and USB HUB versions. If you encounter this issue, Please make sure to follow the combination below:
- MacOS Sonoma with USB HUB 3.17.0.
- MacOS Sequoia with USB HUB 3.24.0.
-
Starting with version 25.5, tentatively around May 2025, we will disable a few of our properties, under SetProperty.
-
os.allow.orientation.correction used to allow iOS non-instrumented dump orientation to be corrected. Now the correction is made by our cloud natively - please make sure you correct your tests if needed.
-
ios.11.use.old.monitoring.service used only for iOS 11, which is not supported anymore, to choose the service used for monitoring CPU / Memory.
-
- Starting From 25.1 version, Windows and CentOS are no longer supported for cloud components (learn more here). No builds for these platforms are available. Plan your migration to supported OS platforms.
