PlanningRooms

This article provides an overview of the Planning Rooms feature in Agility.

Overview

Teams can use PlanningRooms as strategic planning environments so they can focus on planning activities and provide wide visibility across the board. With direct URL access, teams can configure each PlanningRoom to include specific elements such as reports, portfolio tree, portfolio Kanban boards, etc.

Groups who plan at different levels of the organization can create their own PlanningRooms and configure them to focus on specific areas of responsibility. For example, they could create a separate room for steering committees, Product A planning group, Product B planning group, security component planning, and so on.
