Add Grids

All team members personalize their My Work page to display the grids most relevant to their daily work. Changes only affect your personal view.

The My Work page displays three default grids focused on team tracking (Workitem Summary, Member Summary, and Sprint Summary). You can customize this page by adding additional grids that match your workflow and responsibilities.

Add Grids​

To add grids to your My Work page:

  1. Click the hamburger menu Hamburger icon > Rooms > My Room > My Work.
  2. Click the wrench icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select the grids you want to add from the available options.
  4. Click Save.

Available Grid Options​

Left Column Options (Wide Column)​

  • My Inbox: Notification messages from inside Digital.ai Agility
  • Workitem Summary: List of project work items assigned in the active sprint
  • Owned Tasks: List of tasks assigned in the active sprint
  • Owned Tests: List of tests assigned in the active sprint
  • Owned Stories: List of backlog items assigned in the active sprint
  • Stories (Product Owner): Backlog items in an active sprint where you are the product owner
  • Owned Bugs: List of bugs you own with ability to filter by sprint
  • Owned Backlog Groups: Themes you own
  • Backlog Groups (Product Owner): Backlog groups where you are assigned as the product owner
  • Owned Issues: Issues you own
  • Owned Requests: Requests you own
  • Owned Sprints: Sprints you own
  • Owned Projects: Projects you own

Right Column Options (Narrow Column)​

  • Member Summary: Current summary of work items (backlog items, tasks, and tests) you own in active sprints
  • Sprint Summary: Summary of all active sprints in your projects (not tied to ownership)
  • Owned Issues: Listing of issues you own (hover for more information or click through to Details page)
  • Owned Requests: Listing of requests you own (hover for more information or click through to Details page)
  • Owned Bugs: Listing of bugs you own (hover for more information or click through to Details page)

Most modules focus on items you own in active sprints, helping you focus on current work without updating your selections. The Sprint Summary module displays all active sprints in your projects, regardless of ownership.
