View Another Member's Work
You can view another member's work if you have read access to the projects containing their work items. Scrum masters typically use this to understand team workload.
The My Work page displays your own work by default. You can use the Owners field to view another team member's work assignments, helping you understand their workload, coordinate on shared tasks, or provide support where needed.
View Another Team Member's Work
To view another member's work on the My Work page:
- Click the hamburger menu
> Rooms > My Rooms > My Work.
- In the Owners field at the top of the page, type the first few letters of the member's name.
- Select the member from the dropdown list.
The page refreshes to show all work assigned to the selected member in active sprints across your projects. The more characters you type, the more refined the search results become.
Switch Back to Your Own Work
To return to viewing your own work, select your name in the Owners field or refresh the page.
Troubleshooting
Why can't I see another member's work items?
You can only view work items in projects where you have read access. If you don't see a member's work, you may not have permission to view those projects. Contact your project administrator to request access.
