The Project Hierarchy
A Project can have its own unique Sprint Schedule or can share an existing schedule created for another Project. If the schedule is shared, all sprints created for the schedule are available to all Projects sharing that schedule.
Projects can also create their own Sprint Schedule. This provides greater flexibility and allows different teams to utilize different schedules within a higher-level Project and also allows Sprint Targets to be set at more specific levels. The tradeoff is that it limits the roll-up capabilities up the Project Hierarchy for those metrics that are Sprint-specific.
