Workflow to Create Secret in AWS Secrets Manager

The objective is to illustrate how to use the AWS SecretsManager create secret workflow in Digital.ai Release to create secrets in AWS Secrets Manager, which can again be looked up and substituted across Digital.ai Release templates and workflows.

The existing workflows bundled with Release and the newly created workflows are available in the Workflow catalog page. To run your workflows, you must navigate to the Workflow catalog page. For more information, see Access Workflow Catalog.

Workflow Steps​

  1. In the Create|Select AWS Secrets Manager Connection screen connect to the configured AWS Secrets Manager server. create-aws-secret-manager-connection
  2. In the Specify Secret Details screen, enter the secret name and the secret value. aws-secret-manager-create-details
  3. In the Create Secret screen, a new secret is created with the specified values in the AWS Secrets Manager.
