- Support newsletter

Support Timeline:
- EOL announcements typically align with new product releases
- Support continues for previously supported product versions according to our maintenance schedule

Customer Requirements:
- Active and fully paid support contract is required for EOL notifications
- Contact your Account Manager for transition period support and associated fees
