Digital.ai's Product End-of-Life Policy

At Digital.ai, we understand that managing product transitions is crucial for our customers' business continuity. Products may reach their end-of-life due to various factors including market evolution, technological advancements, or the introduction of more capable solutions. This policy outlines our approach to end-of-life (EOL) transitions and how we support our customers through these changes.

Policy Overview

Digital.ai is committed to providing clear communication and support throughout the EOL process:

  1. Advance Notification: We provide six months' advance notice through multiple channels:

    • Digital.ai blog
    • Product notifications
    • Support newsletter
  2. Support Timeline:

    • EOL announcements typically align with new product releases
    • Support continues for previously supported product versions according to our maintenance schedule
  3. Customer Requirements:

    • Active and fully paid support contract is required for EOL notifications
    • Contact your Account Manager for transition period support and associated fees
