Conducting Retrospectives

This article explains how to conduct Retrospectives in Agility.

Overview

When the team gathers up to conduct its retrospective, you can capture notes and to do's along the way or choose to summarize them after the fact. General items that are too fuzzy or just don't need to be prioritized as part of the backlog can be captured as Issues. Those that are solid and need to be prioritized within the backlog can be captured as backlog items.
